2. Principles
Personal data is processed only where necessary to provide this website and to answer your enquiries. The legal bases are Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract), Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website) and, where applicable, Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent).
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted on servers operated by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR is in place. The servers are located in Germany.
When the site is accessed, the server automatically records data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, the file requested, volume of data transferred and status of the request, browser type and version, operating system, and the referring page where transmitted. This data cannot be attributed to identified individuals by us and is not combined with other sources. Processing is based on Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR for the purpose of technically error-free operation and security. Log files are deleted after seven days at the latest unless required to investigate a specific security incident.
4. Cookies and access to your device
This website stores no cookies on your device and does not access information already stored there. Consent under Section 25 of the German TDDDG is therefore not required. No tracking pixels, fingerprinting techniques or recognition mechanisms are used.
5. No third-party services
All components of this website — fonts, images, the header video, scripts and style sheets — are served exclusively from the server named above. In particular, no Google Fonts, Google Analytics, Google Maps, YouTube, social media plug-ins, content delivery networks or comparable services are embedded. Your IP address is therefore not transmitted to any third party when you view this site.
6. Contact form
If you send a message through the contact form, the details you provide — name, email address and message, and optionally organisation, telephone number and subject — are processed solely in order to deal with your enquiry. Transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. The details are forwarded to us by email; they are not stored in a database on the web server.
The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to entering into a contract, and otherwise Article 6 (1) (a) and (f) GDPR. Data is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations apply; where no business relationship follows, after six months at the latest. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future, informally by email to web@echt-gmbh.de.
To guard against automated submissions the form contains an additional field that is invisible to you. If it is completed, the submission is discarded. No personal data is stored in that process.
7. Contact by email or telephone
If you contact us directly by email or telephone, the details you provide are processed in order to deal with your request on the basis of Article 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. The deletion periods set out in section 6 apply equally.
8. Recipients and transfers to third countries
Your data is not passed to third parties, with the exception of the hosting provider named above acting as a processor and, where applicable, the email service through which our business correspondence runs. No transfer to countries outside the European Union takes place.
9. Your rights
You have the following rights in respect of personal data relating to you:
- Right of access (Article 15 GDPR)
- Right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR)
- Right to erasure (Article 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR)
- Right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR)
- Right to object (Article 21 GDPR)
- Right to withdraw consent (Article 7 (3) GDPR)
An informal message to web@echt-gmbh.de is sufficient.
10. Right to lodge a complaint
Without prejudice to any other remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is:
Unabhängiges Landeszentrum für Datenschutz Schleswig-Holstein
Holstenstraße 98, 24103 Kiel, Germany
www.datenschutzzentrum.de
11. Encryption
This website uses TLS encryption for security reasons. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the address bar of your browser beginning with “https://”. While encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy is amended whenever changes to the website or the legal position require it. The version published here applies.
